Just writing to share that in a week or so, I will have been using FB for 2 years!! I still can't believe it. I use to scoff at the idea of exercising. It's something I never could have imagined doing. Before starting, I was suffering from major body pains. I went to a fibromyalgia specialist because I didn't know what was wrong. She told me I simply didn't have substantial muscle strength in my legs. So I put a call out to my facebook community to see what people recommended in terms of exercise. I didn't want to go to a gym because I didn't want to spend money and my time there, but all the online workout videos were not my style at all. A friend highly recommended Fitness Blender and for some blessed reason, it grabbed my attention. Now, I can't imagine not working out, I am still surprised I have been doing it for so long, (5 days a week, or so) It is such a part of my life and as an aging women in her 40's, the benefits of strength training has not only shaped my body, my energy, and mindset, but I feel great...no more pains! Though there are days I just can't find the motivation to work out, but as Kelly says, remember the feeling after you workout, how great you feel, and let that be your motivation, and it's true. Especially now with covid, this has been a life saver.
Anyway, cheers to all of us for keeping at it, no matter how often we do it, the point is, we ARE doing it! Hurray!
