WORKOUT COMPLETE for UPPER BODY!

I did this workout as soon as I got home, before I could put on my pjs. Ha ha. Great upper body workout and burnout extra credit! I am happy with how my upper arms are developing, from way back being scrawny, to now being defined and shapely. It sure takes time, but if you eat healthily (for me, that is without meat, and trying desperately to cut out dairy), then it will happen. :-)
