Oh dear...I fell off the wagon!

It is probably more accurate to put this post under the subtopic “workout incomplete” because for the first time in a long time (More like in forever) I’ve actually been terrible at doing my planned workouts! In fact I haven’t done anything for the past couple of days and for some strange reason I don’t feel too guilty about it. I’ve just been busy with work, had other things planned during the day and have simply felt tired. But even after a short break I do definitely feel a difference in my overall well-being, confidence, mood and food choices since not working out (these have been negatively impacted). Goes to show that exercise is really important for helping people live life to the fullest.

On that note! Any tips for getting out of a fitness rut?(Just finished F45 @ a gym and I’m struggling to get back into fitness Blender workouts) Or any insights about being flexible with fitness? (I’m such a disciplined person so it’s soooo strange to be off schedule.... how does one cope!?)
