Here is my progress from end of April to now. Slow and steady, ive lost about 10 pounds and currently sit at about 137 depending on the day. I am proud of my progress! (FYI, I’m 5’5). Aside from the numbers, I am so much stronger. A few things that I have improved at that were quite difficult before: PUSH-UPS (I can do about 4 or 5 w/o knees but even with knees are so much easier.), BURPEES, LUNGES(forward and backward), CURTSY LUNGES, STARJUMPS, JUMP SQUATS! I can keep going but just wanted to name a few. As always, I appreciate Fitness Blender and this community. Happy Holidays!!
