We’ve all heard the old adage, “work smarter, not harder,” right?

Well, we think that the same applies to exercise. “Work out smarter, not harder.”

Does this mean that we think you shouldn’t work out hard? Absolutely not. However, you want to be sure that your time spent exercising is maximally beneficial.

How can you do that? Well, if you choose workouts that are curated by fitness professionals, combining different training styles and intensities, and really push yourself (not just go through the motions), you’re on the right path to realizing maximum benefit from your workouts.

Oh, and don’t forget to focus on making healthy food choices too, of course. You want nutrition and exercise working in tandem toward your goals!
