Push-up Group - Week 12: Check in

Hello fellow pushers,

It is quite late today, as I am writing this.

I just got done finishing my final pre-Christmas project. Now I have about 2-5 e-mails between me and my 3-week holiday break.

But finishing up loose ends before Christmas impacted my training this week. I had to skip so many training sessions - not just for the push-up challenge, but also for FB Reach and FB 20.

With all the work + the hard lockdown I was simply too tired to do much more than some stretching.

*shrugs* it is what it is. I'll get back on track tomorrow when I am rested and push toward my goal until next week.

Summary of where I am at:

Christmas goal: 2 Push-ups with great form

Current state: 2 push-ups with mediocre to ok form (and dreaming of going to three)

So how are things going for you? Are you also feeling stressed? How is that impacting your training? Will you be going on a holiday break as well?

And do you plan on continuing to train for push-ups (maybe with new goals) next year?
