Half-way through the week!

Today I squeezed in a quick HIIT routine with a warmup before counseling this morning, and then right after counseling I had work. I wanted to get in a bit more, so I did another quick routine after work, which was helpful because I had to also walk Remus before it got dark.

I worked up a terrific sweat in just 14ish minutes after work, and it felt amazing! I included a picture of my very sweaty face 😂 I love that FB has video lengths of all different times.

Also, the sky was wonderfully wintery and I wanted to include a picture of that too! It was super chilly outside (to me!), so after my walk with Remus I enjoyed some chicken and dumplings and a little whiskey!
