4 months post partum and I'm back (having completed a 12 week c-section rehab programme!)

Hello!!!!

To say I'm happy to be back with FB is an understatement. It's a huge deal. I just spent the last 12-14 weeks completing a c-section rehabilitation programme. It focused 100% on my form, posture, breathing, deep tva breathing etc and the aim of it is to get women ready to get back to their usual fitness programmes of choice.

As that was such a long challenge, I decided to do a bunch of 2 week challenges before going to Abs 2 or Strength (both of which I adore).

So today was Day 1 of the two week strength challenge. Struggled with some of the hiit but it felt AMAZING to lift weights again... obviously listening to my body and not lifting too heavy.

Our baby girl is huge 😂 and she's already over 17lbs at 4 months, so I need my strength to catch up before she gets even heavier!!

Excited to use this community again and get my workout completes.
