Hip Pain (Bursitis)

Hi everyone,

I recently completed the Bodyweight only workout program which included lots of HIIT. Afterward I started to notice a familiar pain in the side of my right hip. I have experienced this same type of pain when trying to start a running program. I'm thinking it is bursitis. It has always shown up on the right side never the left. I have built a great workout habit and want to keep it up. Has anybody else had this and how did you treat it / workout with it? Any tips appreciated. Thanks everybody!
