I did MASS last month cuz I figured the holidays were coming might as well try to put on some muscle .
Basically ate what I want didn’t count calories just focused on getting enough protein most days which can be difficult following a plant based diet . Cant say there’s much of a difference but I did gain about 4lbs which I hard for me to deal with because I had an obsession with numbers after losing 20 lbs
final weight ~154 lbs
Also I can lift a bit heavier now which is good. It’s nice to see gaining 4lbs didnt change how my body looks too much ! (While when I was loosing 4lbs it changed how I looked a lot!)
I hope this helps someone who has a problem with numbers as well .
