Well after a month off due to taking care of our new little puppy, I finally got back to the fb30 program yesterday! It feels great to be back at it! I was stuck on between starting over or finishing it where we left off and starting a new program afterwards. I decided to finish it and then I am going to buy the fb30 round 2 program.
