This morning I was searching for the workout routine posted below using filters entitled “My Favs.” My criteria was female, upper body, strength, dumbbell. It never popped up. Then I tried the “Surprise Me” with the same filters, didn’t show up. I even took out the “Levels,” no luck.
Reluctantly, I rewined my FB calendar using memory to when I had done it before- success! Found and added to FB Calendar for tomorrow.
The issue is, this workout is most definitely upper body, however, it’s not classified as an upper body; classifies as low impact, Pilates (I think). And... crazy, this upper body is a secret slayer, it should be highlighted due to the 5/5/5.
I’m requesting this workout be “re-categorized” to upper body strength, please?
