Push-up Group - Week 11: Check in

Hello fellow pushers,

can you believe it - two weeks till Christmas. Time's flying by so fast?

I am writing this post with rather shaky arms, I just got done with my workout so far - all uper body - FB Reach Day 4 + FB 20 Day 2 + my push-up challenge (4 push ups in however many sets it takes). My oh my. But it feels so accomplished as well, because there were several variations on push-ups in these workouts as well. I am realizing that even though I may not meet my original goal, I am becoming stronger and especially the form on my knee push-ups has improved soooo much.

Oh and another perk - lifted breasts (pun intented) . :O

How is going for you, have you been able to see progress from this long long challenge aside from increasing your push-up game?

Summary of where I am at:

Christmas goal: 2 Push-ups with great form

Current state: 2 push-ups with mediocre form (and dreaming of going to three)
