Late Night Blending!

After a couple extra days of rest due to sore muscles I almost put the workout off an extra day...it was already after 10pm and I didn’t have much motivation. But I did it! It was a kickboxing/HIIT workout and very sweaty. After a nice hot shower I slept the best I have in months. I can’t even remember the last time I didn’t wake up during the night.

I usually do my workouts in the afternoon but I may start working out before bed more often now. Does anyone else workout in the late evening and do you find it helps your sleep?
