First before work- workout complete!

so.. today is my first day at my new job! if you remember from my previous post im going from working out after work to working out before work - for the first time ever!

since im doing Fit2 with AbsRd1 i decided to do day 4? of abs1 instead of the longer day 1 of week 2 of Fit on my first day haha! - it was also a strength/hiit routine but much shorter 30 minutes -

i really wanted to test the time i was getting up etc especially since for training i have to be there at 9 instead of 930

i think ill get up 10 minutes earlier than i did this morning just to have a bit more time before my boyfriend gets up(my old wakeup time)- but i definitely had more energy! 💪🏻

now - onto my first day!
