Bodyweight R2 complete :) again!

Hi everyone,

I hope you are having a blast of a weekend! I just finished Bodyweight R2 the second time! I really liked todays workout which was lower body cardio plus additional upper body workout, both 4/5 and the upper body workout left my arms really tired! And I liked the long cardio intervals in this workout (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fat-burning-cardio-bootcamp-butt-and-thigh-workout-with-low-impact-modifications). It should have been in my favourites a while ago! :D It also is a first week of December packed with workouts. :) Now I am looking forward to a day or two of rest and then I will hit Fit 1! So excited! :)

How about you people? If you did Bodyweight (1 or 2), did you like it? Which programs are your favourite? :)
