Struggling with motivation + hardships in life

Hey everyone! I hope y'all are doing well!!

This past week has not been ideal for me and my family. Our house has some plumbing and draining issues so we cannot stay at home, so we have to stay at another family member's home... thankfully she lives near us and in our area so we did not have to go really really far away.

It's been really frustrating because I planned on starting FB Sweat this week and that cannot happen cause I am not home and there is not an ideal place to workout here at this house and so all I have been doing is basically walking 40 mins. I feel so lazy and just not okay cause I feel like I am going to lose progress I have made since like March.

What do yall recommend I do?? Would a 30 min no equipment workout even be enough?? I hope I get some time to workout tomorrow (:(
