stiff neck after upper body workouts

Hi all,

I did a bored easily upper body workout with Kelli yesterday. Today I woke up with a stiff neck, and it would not go away during the day from light movement/stretching. This has happened before after upper body workouts, so I wanted to ask if anyone is experiencing the same thing and maybe has some advice: is this a typical injury from certain movements, that I could prevent? Or do you have recommendations for some streching that I could put in after the UB workout? I know I have to be careful with arnold presses, but they weren't in the video yesterday and unfortunately so far I didn't find a pattern after which specific movement it happens.
