So this week I set a goal for myself. To get up extra early before work and the school run and workout. I usually work out in the evening and I love my sleep so I knew this would be tought... BUT I ABSOLUTELY SMASHED IT :D lol

I started FB burn r2 this week after some time off lacking motivation and I am so pleased that I managed to do it this week, I am very much looking forward to my rest days this weekend (and a bit of a lie in).
