Daily check in - Motivation to keep going

Happy New Month everyone! We hope you're all having a great start to December (we cant believe its the end of year already).

Today was our day off in a long time and we were so excited to be in the kitchen doing what we love, cooking! We made this quick and easy brown rice with avacado and black beans with capsicum and spinach with turkey breat. Can share recipe in the comments if anyone is keen :)

This year has been crazy busy for us as our business has really taken off. Its been a challenging few months trying to balance things. We had 2 weeks off from working out during November but we are proud to have stayed consistent with our eating in general. Eating clean not only helped us stay in shape but gave us energy and made us feel good.

We've also been doing FB 30 - Round 4

and repeated it as its been so convenient to do 30 mins workouts given our current schedule. There were days when we were working out at 12am or 1am but we motivated each other. πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾There were days when we were far too exhausted 😭 so we did some stretches and moved our workouts along. It wasn't a big deal because we picked it up the next day.

Don't give up. Whatever life throws at you invest in your health because you deserve it. What motivated us was putting us first and investing in our health. Will share progress pics but so far we have both reached our ideal muscle goals, have abs and looking to tone and maintain now.
