I’m Back!!

After burning myself out and getting sideways on weight, body image, calories counting, etc... I took three days off from working out and wrote to this community and read other people’s posts a lot. It was great soul searching. Today I got back in and it feels amazing! Today was not about crushing it. Not about maximum calorie burn or lifting as heavy as possible. Just about feeling good, sweaty and happy 😃. I forgot; this is what it’s all about!
