Butt and thigh programs

Will FB butt and thigh workouts result in bulky looking thighs?

I am pear shaped 5'5" 118-120 lbs and seeking a sleeker look in my lower body.

I have read over and over again that if you want to change your shape you must strength train.

But then I am also reading (not on this platform) about women saying they strength trained and ended up with bulky/muscular looking thighs which is not a look I am aiming for.
