Does anyone work out at work or at their desk?

I'm in an office where I can shut my door and thought I'd bring a yoga mat and do maybe either low impact on my lunch or yoga/stretching/pilates. I'm curious, is anyone else able to do this... or maybe you work from home right now and are able. I'd love to know what your favorite go-to video to do on your lunch? Thanks for your input!
