Workout to prevent dementia!!

I am a "baby boomer" who tries to stay up on brain health. This is a great article of two doctors that I follow who have done extensive research on brain/cognitive health - they essentially say good exercise habits are important for optimal brain health! Leg strength is linked to brain strength! So I will continue my quest for optimal brain health by incorporating Fitness Blender routines every day! Thank you to Kelli and Daniel for these videos!
