I ended up taking 9 days off due to life and Thanksgiving holiday. I completed Kelli’s Strength/HIIT/Pilates yesterday and I can barely sit on the commode; my quads are SCREAMING. What???? 9 days and this? During the 9 day hiatus, I was still walking a lot, yard work, etc; I just wanted a break from lifting.
I also did a Daniel upper body this morning; I’m a tad concerned how sore I may be.
I just don’t get it? 9 days shouldn’t put me back that bad, right? I mean, I was squatting 80 lbs total and biceps at 50 lbs total. Humph?
