Did I just find a fun 5/5 workout??!!!

I scheduled this cardio butt and thigh strength workout today as a part of my fbflex+independent lower body workout plan. For some reason it was in my favourites but I had absolutely no idea why as I was going into this routine. But damn! By the time I got to the Pilates burnout at the end, I remembered. I was drenched in sweat, cursing under my breath, and could barely do a single leg lift hahah. Although the routine itself was enjoyable in a torturous kind of way, the cardio intervals were only 30 secs and weren’t too strenuous (with some new moves I’ve never done before - or don’t remember doing 😂) which allowed me to push in every strength interval.

As someone who finds lower body strength training quite tedious and dreadful, finding interesting fun and new ways/routines to work those muscles is awesome.

So if you’re like me, give this one a shot! And don’t be freaked by the 50mins, it actually goes by fast 😆
