Love being back after so long from college!

Hello FB Fam! I'm back to doing FB workouts after being away at college during a pandemic! I've missed it sooo much and I want to start regaining my strength back. My excuses for not working out at college are the following:

1. I HATE CARDIO MACHINES!!! Cardio machines made me miss HIIT workouts! They are so boring and I feel like I'm never able to last long on them. They seem so inefficient compared to HIIT.

2. Whenever you use gym equipment, you have to wipe it down both before and after using it due to the pandemic. You are also required to wear your mask in the gym which SUCKS!

3. Laziness. Obviously.

My goals while I am on break until late January are to build back my strength and endurance with FB workouts. I also want to readjust my exercising strategies at college. I'm thinking that it might be better to do low impact FB workouts in my dorm room so that I don't go completely without exercise. What do you all think? Please let me know your thoughts! Much Love!
