Motivation

I am having a hard time motivating myself to get going on my fitness regimen. Is there anyone having the same problem I was doing so well with it for 2 months. Then it started to get to cold for me while I was in Montana. I live in a camper 6 mos out of the so for me to exercise u have to keep doing it outside. I had everything planned to start back up as soon as I got home but I have not even started up again and I keep missing to many days and have to reschedule. I am getting so frustrated 😞 with myself.

Finally got back to it! Started the 3rd of this year! I am 2 day behind because I could barely walk from the first days lower body workout but got back to it yesterday for the upper kickboxing one.
