No dumbell upper body work-out

Hi!

Yesterday I did a great upper body work-out, and I'd like to share it for fellow blenders who don't have dumbells (or have very light ones).

This is a tabata work-out, so 20 seconds on, 10 off x 8. By the eighth set, my arms were shaking. 8 sets also meant that I had to use lighter weights than usual: I did the first exercise with 5kg per hand, but for all the others, I used 3kg per hand and for the last reps I switched to 2kg per hand. I feel like this routine would be great even without dumbells, just working against yourself or using water bottles. Believe me, today I'm so very sore!

Have you ever done a strength training work-out (upper or lower body) that you felt was a good one even without dumbells or using very light ones? Please, share!
