Just finished my first ever 1000 calorie workout 😬

And I didn’t hate it, and I didn’t die🎉.

Tomorrow is my 48th😱 birthday, and I thought I would give this a shot before I begin the next phase of life. It felt really good. I worked on pacing myself, but by the end my everything was still shaking so I’d say I still worked hard.

The hardest part now is my watch tells me I didn’t get anywhere near 1000 calories, so I need to work on exiting that headspace and focusing on workout complete.

I’m grateful for movement and the ability to do so.
