Yesterday I decided to made one of Fitness Blenders quinoa protein bar recipes and they are delicious!!
Since switching to a vegan lifestyle and wanting to gain mass I need to find more creative ways of getting my protein intake up (and it’s the food group that seems to make me feel best). I’ve been trying to cook more with interesting high protein ingredients such as soba noodles, tempeh, quinoa, nut butters, hemp seeds etc so I thought this recipe would be a great place to start! I didn’t have a good blender so it’s more seedy than the picture but still tastes divine.
