Today I did first day of the burn challenge, which had a really nice combo, which I wanted to share as an idea for a good workout day

I did warmup of the strength training, then the cardio wo, them rest of the strength training again. Because I have to be still careful with sort.of a strained glute muscle, I didn't bump up the weight, and actually did the deadlift only once with some weight and the other without. But I was sweating buckets!
