I had an uneventful week, did my challenge - which is still challenging. I had to take an earlier than planned rest day yesterday due to some pain in my shoulder. This also means I was cautious in training today . I am doing the Strong Challenge at the moment and had an Upper Body Workout scheduled. I chose lighter weights and did my hold - though split the 35 seconds in order to not stress the shoulder more than necessary. Also, I would usually check my full push up progress on Thursdays and skipped that today. Will test next week again.
