Lower body strength workouts

Hi everyone.

I started working out with fitnessblender in July and completed Bodyweight R1, Fb30 R4 and Blend so far. I am currently doing Sweat. While for the first time working out consistenly in my life (thank you Kelli and Daniel), I realised how much I hate lower body strength training! Whenever I have a butt and thigh workout scheduled, I find myself postponing or, even worse, skipping it completely.

As part of Sweat I did a 30min HITT workout today and felt ready for the EC. However, it was a lower body strength workout and I gave up on it after the first set of squats. I just can't find the motivation to do all of these lunges and squats! So I was wondering if you have any suggestions for me? I even bought some adjustable dumbbells, but I mainly use them for upper body stength training which is actually my favourite training type beside HIIT.
