Does anyone else...

...really HATE stretching? I know it's important, so I make myself do it, but I'm always baffled when Kelly says things like "this one feels really good," because it definitely does not feel good to me. I usually feel better afterwards, but the actual stretches themselves do not feel what I would consider "good."

I see so many people commenting about how much they LOVE the stretching routines so I just have to ask - am I just completely crazy or does anyone else feel like this? Lol
