FbSweat day 17 was hard!!

Omg I don’t think I’ve ever cursed as much or said “this sucks” as much as I did during this routine. Considering the fact that I dread (hate) deadlifts and Pilates this was probably never going to be enjoyable. Though I managed to push through, but let me tell you it took A LOT of self discipline and determination. Thankfully I’m getting much better at pushing through a hard routine vs giving up. It’s funny, I actually was able to do a deadlift with proper form this time by pushing into the ground and hahah it made me hate it more!

Does anyone in the community have special tricks they use to push through a hard routine? Any workouts or exercise that take a significant amount of willpower to complete? I’d love to hear your ideas and not feel so alone 😂
