Just wanted to say that the following FB workout has become my favourite of all time (I’ve completed it 55 times so far):
I look forward to this one whenever I have it scheduled and love that I can easily modify it to make it easier (e.g., moving more slowly, decreased range of movement) or more difficult (e.g., adding weights and bands, deeper and/or speedier movement, adding in high impact moves, working through rest), depending on how I am feeling. Coming in at 31 minutes, it has a warm-up, Pilates and cardio section and SUPER relaxing cool down. It has been a life-saver in building my overall fitness back up after a long period of poor health.
Would love to see more workouts like this one. I highly recommend it for those days when you dread working out, it is happy movement 😊
