NSV: I bouldered today 🥳

6 weeks ago was my last time bouldering untill today. I could not reach overhead or pull myself up without being in pain. I went and saw a PT, gave my shoulder a lot of rest and listened to my body. Today I tried to climb again. I send lots of the level 2 boulders and even 1 or 2 level 3 ones. No pain! I stopped when I felt it was too hard on my shoulder, I bouldered for an hour. It was amazing.. keeping up with my FB workouts made it possible to jump right back in.
