Dare I say it... I might be back!

Happy Sunday to all

So, I have posted before about how my mental health impacts by consistency with workouts.

Today I realised I have started my 4th consecutive week of working out! Week 1 and 2 I did self directed stuff (5 days and 3 days) then last week I started LI rd 1 and today entered week 2. I don't want to jinx it but I think I may be back on track. I was really 'hungry' for my workout today, actually couldn't wait to get started.

Fingers crossed as I feel more benefits that feeling will grow.

I have already noticed I am waking up earlier, not just prizing my eyes open but being really awake.
