Do you wear shoes for FB workouts?

I don’t wear shoes when I do FB workouts in my apartment. It’s hardwood floor but I mostly keep my feet on double layered mats and it feels ok 98% of the time. Are there long term health impacts for wearing or not wearing shoes while doing indoor workouts? I suppose it’s less of a problem for upper body and core workouts, but how about HIIT or lower body strength workouts? Would love to hear your stories! Thanks in advance!
