Share your various improvised workout gear :)

Hey everyone!

A little different post for today! I would like to know what improvised equipment do you use if you do not have dumbells or ankle weights? :)

For example today I used my heavy boots as ankle weights for some of the pilates exercises like leg raises and side leg raises (only those that have low ankle mobility so my movement is not limited by it) and I certainly felt the higher intensity :)

Please share your stories and pictures as an inspiration for those who dont have any equipment :)
