Gentle Reminder

A simple weekend reminder:

Listen to your body, and always feel free to slow down or step up the intensity or speed of repetitions in any given workout.

Pushing yourself can lead to improvement, but don’t overdo it, and certainly don’t hurt yourself. We’re all in this for the long term, so keep that in mind.
