Is this normal?

I often times get upset that I couldn't do all the exercises but I'm so proud of myself for starting to exercise again. I 26 and gained over 40 lbs during COVID and was getting takeout all the time. I dropped 4 lbs in four days and 2% of bodyfat after eating healthy vegetarian meals from a meal prep service.

I've found that any exercise with jumping makes me feel uncomfortable and gives me a headache. I have really tight muscles and muscle knots all over as well so running and jumping also gives me muscle cramps. My thighs hurt from doing simple things. Holding my arms up and bringing them back down during an exercise also hurts a bit. Things like burpees or doing something like a downward dog after a workout also gives me a headache (maybe because my body isn't used to it or it's a sudden change so my blood pressure has to adjust accordingly?

Does anyone else have this kind of problem? Thank you :)
