Gained 3 Pounds Back Even Counting All My Calories

I am also exercising 5 days per week with the two of them. Im logging the calories with my Fitbit (yes I know it's not the most accurate but it says I've been under my calories the last week). I've gained 3 pounds since last Saturday.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Im about ready to give up.

EDIT: I should have mentioned this before, but I'm a trans woman who is currently on hormone therapy. I don't know if that has had any affect on my weight as I've only been on them for two months, but that's what's going on. Also I'm following the recommended calorie intake for women, since I figured at this point the hormones may have changed enough of my body chemistry to make that difference.
