My legs are jelly 🤣

Wooow 2nd week into strong and i did this killer workout today! 10 reps each side killed me haha! I even used light weights and i was as red as kelli in the face🤣 i was huffing and puffing but i loved it because it was a challenge😃 i have also realised when i used to do this workout in the past i couldnt even do 10 reps each side i had to stop and take breaks in between! But now i am flying through it (even though my legs were on fire) i did it! I think thats because i not long completed FIT ROUND 2 a week ago thats improved my endurance! So happy with myself with how far ive got 😊 this workout was definitely a 5/5 difficulty but i enjoyed it loads! Roll on arms tomorrow!will post a before and after picture once i completed strong!💪
