Random NSV - of sorts

Woo hoo. Cracked 7 burpees per 20 seconds today.

Started at 5 per 20 seconds around March this year. I've been managing 6 per 20 seconds for some months, so was stunned today to find I made 7 before I heard that tell-tale beep.

Interested to know - what markers or other signs of progress do other FB'ers rely upon (beyond the obvious ones - PFT or scales?)
