I'm posting slightly early today, as I have teaching in a couple of hours.
Workouts, Day 9 BE challenge, upper body strength routine. I will have to come back to it later in the evening. Yesterday's workout was ๐ฎ I mean if I ain't flexible as an elastic or Mrs. Harkness, after all this, then am I even doing it right? ๐ค๐คญ
Also checking if our choco buddy, Magda is around and available to be back on from Thursday? ๐ค
