I had a suggestion/question for FB. I was wondering if y’all could make a workout for building calf muscle. I have a pretty hard time building and strengthening my calves. Maybe y’all could do some other workout videos for strengthening and building specific muscles too. (E.g., quads, hamstrings, butt, triceps, biceps, back, ect.) I know you always use multiple muscles no matter what you’re doing, but sometimes I get sore in certain areas more than others. I was wondering if there is any benefit to targeting certain muscles to help strengthen and build them more. (Is this making any sense?) I would really appreciate some feedback if possible. Thanks!
