Do not trust the scale!

Hi!

I just wanted to come on here and say, do not trust the scale! When starting my fitness journey I was about 67 kg and didn't feel so comfortably in my skin. I lost about 8 kg with fitnessblender to then my lightest weight in a while. I liked it, but also started to get a bit tiny. I haven't been doing as much workouts as in the period I lost the weight, but I'm focusing more on strength training now. I'm now about 64 kg, not very far from my starting weight but look waaay different and more fit/healthy! Sure not all of that is pure muscle, but just don't rely on the scale to much! Embrace extra weight, it can be great!
