Day 7 complete of 30 day fitness challenge

Hey fbf. I’ve completed day 7 of the 30 day challenge. I did an arms workout consisting of 4 videos totaling 25 mins 😊 yay but I must say this challenge is difficult trying to push myself to do any form of exercise for a whole month straight. A few days I have just been downright lazy and tired from working long days as my whole entire body has been stiff/sore from being on my feet constantly all day. It’s been very hard for me to even muster up enough energy to even do a 5-10 min workout but I somehow manage to do even with that very short exercise time. Any type of exercise or movement is good for the body in the long run and I plan to keep pushing my way through this no matter what 😊 let’s just pray that I don’t slack up lol any hoo how’s everyone’s workouts been this week?
